A couple of days a go Allah blessed me with the chance to perform Umrah again. Makkah was packed. More than normal. Most of it was to do with the construction work going on and lack of space inside Masjid al-Haram. However, you’ll be relieved to know that parts of the King Abdullah expansion are now open during salaah times! I prayed Jummuah inside it and took some pictures and videos for you all. You can find these below. The new section really is beautiful from the inside. Has a lot of similarities to Masjid An-Nabwi. Take for example the AC units built inside the pillars. The chandeliers. The lights at the top of the pillars etc. O and it’s really big. Alhamdulilah. Anyway, enjoy the video below. More pics on my FB profile.
